spa policies

Punctuality - To ensure timely service to all of our clients, we recommend that you check in 15 minutes prior to appointment. Lateness may result in customizing your service to fit the remaining time.

Spa Etiquette - As a courtesy to our other guests we respectfully request that you refrain from bringing children to the spa & ask that you turn your cell phone off. Please refrain from bringing food into the spa area.

Cancellation Policy - As a courtesy to our staff, we would appreciate notification if you are running late. We ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation of your appointment to avoid a 50% service charge.

Gratuities - are customary & greatly appreciated! Gift certificates do not include gratuities. 15% gratuity will be added to groups of 3 or more persons.

Gift cards - expire 1 year from date of purchase.

Group Bookings - A fee of $10 per guest will be charged for use of the lounge for a group of 10 or more.
